Lagos, a surf-town located in the Algarve region, is considered as one of the best travel destinations while studying abroad. This beach town offers one of the most exciting weekend getaways in Europe. Our seasoned tour guides will ensure you a safe yet thrilling trip by showing you the best places such as; marvelous beaches, awesome cliffs, and (of course) the local nightlife. Also, we will make sure you can experience Lagos fully by doing several different activities like hiking during the beautiful sunsets, boat cruises, kayak activities, beach activities, and a bus ride to see a scenic sunset in Sagres, also named ‘The End of the World’. The uniqueness town of Lagos alongside its breathtaking cliffs and beaches will definitely offer the adventurous traveler an exciting and scenic experience. On Friday morning, our buses depart from Sevilla (Menéndez Pelayo 10-12, next to Sevilla Bike center) and head to Lagos, which is situated in the Western part of Algarve, South Portugal. Once we arrive in Lagos we will proceed to the hotel to check-In. For those who have signed up for the boat excursion, you will head out to enjoy some time exploring the outstanding cliffs and breathtaking beaches, such as Praia Dona Ana, Camilo beach and much more. For those who opted out of the boat party you will be able to enjoy some free time on your own.

Later in the night, our bilingual tour guides will lead the way to downtown and show you some of the best restaurants. Also, they will be happy to give you some helpful insight about where the best local nightlife can be found in Lagos.

On saturday, various beach activities will be available such as; kayaking (sign up required), beach volleyball, and soccer. In the evening you will go to the breathtaking, Cabo San Vicente, located in the surf-town of Sagres. It is also known as “The End of the World”. At these cliffs you will see one of the most extraordinary sunsets. You may want to bring some wine and truly indulge in this moment. Right after sunset, you will have time to enjoy Lagos on your own if you choose.

On Sunday, our last day, we will visit the spectacular beaches around the coast of south Portugal, where you will have free time to enjoy some water activities, relaxation or time sun tanning.
